ADMINISTRATIVE
Bookeeper
Individual who has minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of accounting in a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities include: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Past due accounts collection, Processing customer returns, credits and debits, Approving and managing credit terms for customer accounts, General ledger entries, Bank Reconciliation, Month end reports, Sales tax filing, Tax preparation, Communication with outside accountant, Monthly accounting statement, Quarterly accounting statements.
Additional Information: Knowledge of MAS 200 a plus, Ability to work independently, Good customer service skills, Excellent organizational skills, Proficient grasp of all aspects of Excel

3 Inside Technical Sales positions:
A sales professional responsible for answering daily phones, providing customer service, quotations (both verbal and formal written), assistance with returns and warranty issues, troubleshooting support, and general inquiries. Maintaining sales email account, providing quotations, answering technical and general inquiries, etc. Cold calling, expanding customer base
Additional Information: Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the manufacturing sector, to be familiar with components in the hydraulics, plastics, or heavy industrial components industry.

Heat Transfer Engineer:
Individual to size heat exchangers for a variety of applications, providing quotations, troubleshooting and technical support.
Responsibilities include: Fielding incoming application calls, Sizing heat exchangers, Providing formal quotations, Providing customer service, technical support and troubleshooting, Providing data sheets, Issuing drawings as needed via AutoCAD.
Additional Information: 5 years minimum experience in practical and theoretical aspects of engineering, Must be well versed and having solid experience in sizing liquid to liquid, liquid to air, air to air, and liquid steam applications. Good grasp of AutoCAD, Excellent computer skills, Excellent customer service skills
Radiator Engineer:
Individual to to develop and implement radiator product line..
Responsibilities include:Designing and developing radiator product line, Creating comprehensive drawings for radiator line, Coordinating with graphics department to create product catalogue, which includes comprehensive calculation tables, data tables and modeling information, as well as visuals, Sizing units and providing customer service for radiator customers: includes sizing, providing quotations, and fielding technical calls.
Additional Information:5 years practical and theoretical experience in radiator engineering, good grasp of AutoCAD, Excellent computer skills, Excellent customer service skills.

PURCHASING
Purchasing Agent
Individual to serve as purchasing agent for a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities include: Purchasing commodities for long term use, as well as daily use industrial items, Coordinating with production on a daily basis, Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries of goods including communication with overseas vendors, Freight scheduling of incoming shipments and coordination with customs brokers as needed
Additional Information: Minimum 5 years experience in industrial purchasing for manufacturing, industrial components and commodities (i.e. steel, motors, fan, fan guards, castings, forgings, etc.) |
