CS 2000-CS 4800 Series.   April, 2004 

American Industrial introduces CS 2000 thru CS 4800 series fixed tube heat exchangers, from 10" - 24" diameters refer to the 2004-2005 Online Catalog for dimensional details.

SRCS Series.   March, 2004 

American Industrial introduces SRCS series heat exchangers. SRCS are strait tube with removeable tube bundles. Catalog sizes range from 8" - 20" diameter refer to the 2004-2005 Online Catalog for dimensional details.

UCN/URCN & UCF/URCF Series.   February, 2004 

American Industrial introduces UCN/URCN & UCF/URCF series heat exchangers for steam heating service. refer to the 2004-2005 Online Catalog for more information.

AOCS Series Expanded.   January, 2004 

American Industrial introduces four new product designs to the existing AOCS series. The additional offerings add increased capacity and sizes popular to common applications refer to the 2004-2005 Online Catalog for more information.

Visa and Mastercard Now Accepted.   January 1, 2003

American Industrial will be accepting Visa and Mastercard forms of payment starting January 1st 2003.

Straight-Tube heat exchangers with removable tube bundles.   December 1, 2001

American Industrial will provide Shell & Tube heat exchangers with straight tube removable tube bundles, series SRCS. Tube bundles will remove for ease of cleaning and allow for through cleaning of tubes. Units are currently available upon request.

Large diameter heat exchangers   December 1, 2001

American Industrial will be providing larger diameter shell & tube heat exchangers in the standard catalog offering. The basic larger diameter heat exchangers will be available in steel, stainless steel.

American Industrials Stainless steel heat exchangers.   December 1, 2001

American Industrial uses 316L stainless steel materials for all standard stainless steel shell & tube heat exchangers produced. Though some competitive companies may claim their stainless steel heat exchangers are a “good value” by ignoring the details customers are often left unaware of how the comparisons were made. American Industrial currently offers the STS, STA, & STC series stainless steel heat exchangers as direct interchanges for much of the equipment existing the market.

American Industrial prepares to expand its manufacturing facility. Currently located on twenty six acres, preparations are being made for additional manufacturing  space.  

AOCS series Nylon composite fan blades available.   July 1, 2001

American Industrial now offers optional Nylon composite fan blades as an alternative material to aluminum or steel. The nylon composite blades are offered in sizes AOCS-201 through AOCS-3015. Current steel and aluminum blades continue remain standard.

U-Tube Heat Exchangers series UCS & URCS   July 1, 2001

American Industrial is preparing several new products to become available as standard catalog items beginning in 2002. U-Tube heat exchangers with fixed or removable tube bundles for liquid and steam service. Units are always available upon request.

American Industrial Welcomes Enterprise Systems Specialist to Team   June 28, 2001

American Industrial welcomes Mr. Frank Gratke whose primary duty is to further streamline the computer information enterprise system. Frank brings a Masters degree in theoretical statistics from Marquette University and 25 years information systems experience.

ACA Literature   October 6, 2000

We are pleased to announce that our new ACA literature is now available to view online.  Drawings,  Sizing, and other important information is currently available online. Minor changes are being made to the final version, however, we will update the online version frequently with new data and information.

Distributor Sales Literature   April 1, 2000

Effective April 1, 2000 American Industrial will offer sales folders to stocking distributors for customer distribution with literature. The folder allows information to be included with the salespersons business card in a professional display folder. Contact Guy Chapman for the folders by faxing or E-mailing your request.

Hydraulic Motor Upgrade   March 15, 2000

American Industrial announces a change from the Rexroth MC series hydraulic gear motors to Parker MZG series gear motors. The interchange hydraulic motors will be functionally similar to the former Rexroth motors with exception to the internal bi-directional check valves. The new MZG series Parker motor requires an external case drain to prevent over pressurizing the shaft seal.

American Industrial Promotional Advertisements   January 30, 2000

To support our distribution with additional advertisements, American Industrial has made key business arraingements to advertise in several major engineering periodicals and magazines. Advertisements will begin in February and run throughout the year. Many of the advertisements will be 1/3 or full page displays showing our serviceable air-cooled equipment as well as standard shell & tube. We will issue distributor leads as they become available.

ACA Series Completed   December 15, 1999

ACA series to be completed on time and ready to go by January 1, 2000. Drawings will be provided for customers for general dimensions prior to catalog issuance. Brochures will become available shortly following in February 2000.

On-Line Engineering Request Form  September 4, 1999

American Industrial has available an on-line engineering application request form. The new on-line request form simplifies the request for engineering assistance with required to the proper questions to answer. It will also automatically download the information directly to our engineering services department. The form is located in the engineering help section under REQUIRED INFORMATION. The form can also be printed and returned via fax to American Industrial.

Benchmark Testing Completed   August 10,1999

In an ongoing effort to supply and promote superior products, American Industrial in co-operation with the Milwaukee School of Engineering conducted benchmark testing of the AOCS-1005-3 verses the OCS-1000D air cooled oil cooler. Testing was done by M.S.O.E. under the supervision of the director of fluid power. The non-bios published results are available through American Industrial Heat Transfer, Inc.

New Catalog Brochures   July 26,1999

Beginning in the month of August 1999, American Industrial will be providing newly revised product brochures & pricing information for all existing products. Newly constructed catalog designs will furnish more in-depth product information with comprehensive categories on sizing, installation, company profile, etc... ACA Series Enhancements   July 13,1999

The ACA (Air Cooled After-cooler) series is scheduled for redesign beginning in September 1999. The engineering upgrades will consist of improvements to performance and some overall structural and appearance enhancements. The ACA products will continue to be made available at the current design until at least the end of 1999. A new catalog brochure will follow shortly after conclusion of the project.

Year 2000 Information  July 10,1999

American Industrial Heat transfer, Inc. is 100% year 2000 compliant. Since January 1, 1999, all of our computerized equipment has been updated, tested, and approved to not be affected by the Y2K bug.

AOCS Series  Benchmark Testing  July 10,1999

American Industrial Heat transfer, Inc. in conjunction with the Milwaukee School of Engineering (M.S.O.E.) is undertaking comparison testing of the American Industrial AOCS series heat exchangers Vs the Young OCS series coolers. Testing by the Milwaukee School of Engineering is being conducted currently, comparing performance, design & interchangeability. Published results of testing are expected to become available by August 1, 1999.

AOCH Serviceable Core™   July 10,1999

American Industrial announces an engineering improvement to the AOCH series, by introducing a unique serviceable core as a permanent upgrade. This core was introduced into production May 1, 1998 and permanently replaces the formerly produced brazed core product that was standard since 1988. The new serviceable core  with roller expanded construction, reduces the requirement for factory cleaning and repair. The rolled joint does not crack, fatigue fail, corrode, etc.... and allows for easy internal access to the tubes for cleaning or repair. Standard 300 psi working pressure and 300F operating temperature are maintained in this innovative design. The serviceable core  is also offered as a standard for the AOCS series cores.

AOCH Fan Upgrade July 10,1999

The AOCH-15 & AOCH-20 fan blades have been re-engineered to provide the same air flow rate with substantially less noise and vibration. The new fan blades will operate at 1725 RPM Vs the former 3450 RPM. Also the hydraulic motor displacement for the AOCH-15 & 20 will be .68 cu.in/rev, Vs the former .43 cu in/rev. Please make a note of this in your catalog. Former 3450 RPM fans and hydraulic motors will be available as spare parts upon request.

LP Series  July 10,1999

American Industrial will be offering a new Low Profile (LP), DC fan cooled air oil cooler. This product will become catalog available by September 1, 1999.
